Jane McDonald was delighted and overwhelmed at the response of her brand new album when released as a special tour edition in March and available only online and at concerts. The tour edition went straight to No 1 on the Pop Vocal Charts.
The demand has been so incredible that Jane is now releasing a Deluxe Edition complete with 4 unreleased bonus tracks. The Deluxe Edition includes Jane’s brand new song ‘I’ll Be There’, which Jane co-wrote with her guitarist and friend Steve Cooper.
‘I’ll Be There’, received an overwhelming response from Jane’s live audiences. Other bonus tracks include the classic song ‘At Last, ‘Going Out Of My Head’, and the country ballad ‘From This Moment On’. "The Singer of Your Song – Deluxe Edition" is Jane’s 7th studio release and her first in 6 years following on from her No 7 silver disc certified selling album Jane in 2008. Recorded in London, Surrey, and Prague The Singer of Your Song has been produced by Nigel Wright with Jane as executive producer.
Jane’s new album features 18 tracks including classics such as The Rose, God Only Knows, We’ve Got Tonight, Yesterday When I Was Young If You Go Away and Love Is All. Plus 3 of Jane’s own compositions ‘When I Look At You’, the title track ‘The Singer of Your Song’ which is a tribute to her loyal and dedicated fans, and the brand new song ‘I’ll Be There’.
