A phenomenal singer-songwriter, Tom Speight has released a string of remarkable EPs, winning him widespread support and more than 50 million streams. Producing acoustic-driven music with twinges of folk, the London-born star is exceeding expectations, making him an exciting one to watch The stage is set for Collide, Tom's debut album, to be one of pop's highlights of 2019. Recorded, as were the EPs, with producer Chris Bond in Devon, Collide features a dozen songs, eight of them new, plus Strangers Now, Little Love and former singles Want You and Willow Tree. "From day one, Chris and I had a clear vision in mind," says Tom. "Everything is played live so that you can feel the energy. Writing-wise, I'm influenced by The Beatles, Neil Young and Simon & Garfunkel, but I love the lush, soundscapey production of artists like Bon Iver. I'm a singer/songwriter but all of the songs have a big sound and most have backing vocals." Over two years, Tom independently released six EPs and saw his monthly listeners surpass two million. Five of the songs were playlisted by Radio 2 ? he was Graham Norton's most played act of 2017 & only session of 2018.
