Introducing PAWZ, The Calming Pup from Learning Resources. PAWZ will become a beloved, calming companion as his auto-adjusting light guides children though deep breathing patterns. PAWZ is ideal for use in a learning environment such as a calm down corner in a classroom or at home. This calming companion is easy to use. Children watch and follow the lighted prompts - inhaling when the light gets brighter and exhaling as the light fades. PAWZ has 3 breathing patterns: square breath (green light), 4x4 breath (blue light), and laddered breath (yellow light). This engaging breathing activity encourages children to be fully present and bring awareness to their thoughts and feelings. PAWZ also has a night-light function with colour choices of white, green, blue, yellow, and purple, and the timer that can be set for 5, 15, or 30 minutes.
