Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount of colouring from the jar. For a deeper colour, add more colouring incrementally. Knead well for even colour, or knead less for a marbled effect. Ensure the colouring stays in the middle of the mass while mixing to prevent staining hands. Wash hands with warm water and soap to clean off residue. Suitable for food on a water base. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.

This concentrated orange gel colour from Wilton ensures vibrant results for all your decorating needs.
