Can I use essential oils in the bath?
Bathing with essential oils is a simple, enjoyable therapy. Add 4–6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of a carrier oil like Jojoba or Sweet Almond, then swirl into warm water before getting in to help disperse evenly and protect the skin.
How can I use essential oils via inhalation?
Eucalyptus and Tea Tree oils are great for inhalation. Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale for 5–10 mins with a towel over your head, or use 1–2 drops on a tissue when you're out and about.
How can I use essential oils to fragrance a room?
Essential oils’ evaporative properties make them perfect for diffusers. Add 6–8 drops of a single oil or blend to your Tisserand Aromatherapy Aroma Spa or favourite burner or vapouriser, ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere at home or work.
How long will my essential oils last?
Essential oils should be used within a year of opening. Store them in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Our amber bottles help protect the oils.
