Description
The Fabulous Thunderbirds present recordings made in 1978 with producers Doc Pomus and Joel Dorn. This one-disc vinyl release brings together sessions that had never previously been issued as a standalone record.
Recorded while the band were looking for a record deal, the sessions include performances with Roomful of Blues horns and Al Copley on keyboards. The original tapes were found damaged and restored after the recordings had been thought lost; before this release, they were available only on the box set The Jimmie Vaughan Years: Complete Studio Recordings.
