Description
Silver City is Marc Almond’s electro-pop album, presented here as an expanded 2LP vinyl edition. It’s suited to listeners drawn to synth-pop and Almond’s work with Soft Cell.
Written and produced by Almond with German electronic music duo Starcluster, the album pairs his distinctive vocals with vintage analogue synthesisers. Its retro-futuristic sound echoes the synth-pop of his formative work with Soft Cell.
Originally released in 2016, Silver City was previously available only in a limited vinyl release in Germany.
