The album unfolds across three distinct parts, each exploring the rich and often macabre history, folklore, and legends of the Marche region.

• Part 1: History and Dark Legends - Journey through tales of the Da Varano Lords' rebellion in 1375, the enigmatic Rocca di Pitino with its deconsecrated church and cemetery, and the fearsome Roccaccia fortress, home to a warlord necromancer.
• Part 2: Folklore and Regional Myths - Encounter the Marchigian werewolf (lu lupu manní), the mischievous Mazzamurello sprite, and the Sdrega witch. This section features narration from the artist's grandmother (R.I.P.) and incorporates a significant amount of Marchigian dialect alongside Italian.
• Part 3: Ritorno fra li monti Sibillini - This concluding part circles back to the themes of the previous album, focusing on goat-fairies, the Sibylla, and the historical exploration of the Sibylline Mountains by Chevalier De la Sale.
