Description
Mud is the third album by Remi Wolf, presented on CD. It offers a more grounded, stripped-back sound than her first two albums.
Where 2021’s Juno and 2024’s Big Ideas were described in technicolour, Mud takes a more earthy direction while retaining Wolf’s colour and character. The album’s raw songwriting brings her lyrics and sound into focus.
With synths and programmed drums stripped away, the songs are built around a more vulnerable, guitar-led feel. Wolf made the album with the intimacy of singing around a campfire with friends.
