Monin Yuzu Fruit Mix Puree captures the vibrant, aromatic citrus essence of yuzu, a unique hybrid of mandarin and ichang papeda native to Southeast Asia. With flavor notes reminiscent of lemon and rich orange marmalade, this 1L puree-syrup hybrid is ideal for crafting refreshing lemonades, iced teas, smoothies, cocktails, and mocktails. Japan, the world's largest yuzu producer, harvests over 27,000 tonnes annually, and Monin delivers its distinctive taste in a convenient, ready-to-use format.

Containing 45% fruit (25% yuzu), this blend includes yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, and orange juice from concentrate, enhanced with natural flavorings and a touch of sugar. It is vegan-friendly, allergen-free, alcohol-free, and certified Halal and Kosher. The puree is thickened with pectin and preserved with potassium sorbate for extended shelf life.
