Simply whisk 85g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, return to the boil while whisking occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes. The soup is vegetarian-friendly, contains no added artificial colours or preservatives, and meets DOH 2017 salt targets for soups. Made with sustainably grown carrots (11%) and enhanced with coriander (0.3%), this soup mix delivers consistent flavour and quality. Once prepared, unused portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Bain Marie stable for convenient serving.
