Description
Jerome Froese revisits the Tangerine Dream archive with Dream Mixes II, a collection for listeners drawn to atmospheric electronic music and hypnotic rhythms. This Ultimate Edition pairs a remastered album with rare and previously unreleased archive recordings.
Created as a standalone work, Dream Mixes II blends Tangerine Dream’s characteristic elements with ambient and progressive electronic dance influences. Jerome Froese personally remastered the original album, carefully optimising its transparency, dynamics and sonic depth while preserving the atmosphere of the recordings.
Tracks include “Mobocaster”, “Jungle Jacula” and “Timesquare”. The archive recordings include alternative mixes, demos and working versions, such as “Terra Gravity (Ambient 800 Mix)” and “Pixel Pirates (Long Original Version 1996)”.
