Description
Ray Russell’s Dangerous Bends is a CD for listeners drawn to exploratory guitar playing and intricate, expressive arrangements. Russell leads a band featuring multiple drummers, bassists, keyboards and horns, with his electric and acoustic guitars at the centre.
Known for work on film soundtracks and recordings with artists including Tina Turner, Phil Collins and David Bowie, Russell brings decades of experience to this album. Its evolving guitar sound builds on his history of experimental music while continuing to develop his approach.
