Echo & The Bunnymen - Apples For Isaac

Apples For Isaac marks a significant return for Echo & The Bunnymen, presenting their first album of new material in over a decade. Following extensive global tours celebrating their classic songs, the band delivers an album that is both bold and vulnerable, capturing the quintessential Echo & The Bunnymen sound. From the opening track, ‘Take Me By The Hand’, the band’s characteristic urgency is palpable, reminiscent of their early work. The lead single, ‘Brussels Is Haunted’, stands as a testament to their enduring legacy, featuring an uplifting chorus that echoes the spirit of post-punk pioneers. Notably, the album features the late drummer Clem Burke on all but one track, a poignant collaboration following his passing during the recording process.

This release is a powerful statement from a band that continues to define the indie and alternative landscape.
