- Mixing: Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined into a smooth, dough-like texture.
- Shaping: Shape the mixture by hand or use a burger press for a professional appearance.
- Infusion: For the best flavor and burger life, leave the shaped burgers in the fridge overnight to marinate.
Tip for Larger Batches: For every 1kg of meat, add 25g of seasoning and 50-100g of rusk.

Minced meat - 9kg
Burger Complete Mix - 500g
Water (Chilled) - 500ml
Method:
Add burger mix to mince meat and mix thoroughly.
Add chilled water and mix until combined.
Press into burgers using the palm of your hand or a burger press.
For best results:
The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
Use Tongmaster cellophane burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers before cooking.
