Elanor Moss - The Knife, The Needle [Vinyl]

Elanor Moss’s debut full-length album, The Knife, The Needle, is presented on vinyl. It suits listeners drawn to contemporary folk songwriting, delicate guitar and thoughtful, emotionally candid lyrics.

After exploring different sounds, Moss returned to folk influences and wrote the album over three years. She recorded a new version in the Scottish Highlands with a new ensemble and producer and engineer Pete Miles.

“Sarah Waiting in the Car” introduces the album’s contemplative guitar and ensemble arrangements, while “Fixer” explores how love can both harm and heal.
