A - Prang [Amazon UK Exclusive Signed Edition Digipak CD]

A - Prang (Amazon UK Exclusive Signed Edition)

British alt-rock favourites A deliver Prang, their highly anticipated first studio album in over two decades. Kicking off with the vibrant lead single “Hello Sunshine,” the record captures the band rediscovering the carefree spirit and stylish sloppiness that characterized their early sound.

Written and recorded without external pressure, Prang is a vibrant, hook-laden reaffirmation of A’s enduring appeal. The album expertly balances punchy, riff-driven anthems with heartfelt, soul-baring moments. Production was helmed by frontman Jason Perry, a Grammy Award-winning producer known for his work with Don Broco, McFly, and Kids In Glass Houses, ensuring the band’s singular personality and DIY ethos were preserved.

Lyrically, Prang stands as A’s most open and reflective work yet. Perry draws on two decades of life experience to explore themes of gratitude, resilience, mental health, and friendship with warmth and disarming honesty. The result is an album that feels both nostalgic and strikingly modern, marking a bold new chapter for one of Britain’s most beloved rock bands.
