Aged for at least 10 years in traditional wooden barrels, it achieves a rich, velvety smooth texture and a well-balanced sweet and sour taste with subtle woody notes and a lingering lightly acidic aroma.
Boasting a density of 1.33—well above the 1.24 minimum required for PGI certification—and an acidity level of 6%, this balsamic vinegar meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Its deep, dark-brown hue and viscous consistency make it ideal for enhancing salads, marinades, and gourmet dishes.
