To enjoy, boil fresh water to 100°C. Place one teaspoon of tea per cup into an infuser, pour over the hot water, and steep for 5 to 7 minutes for optimal taste. Remove the infuser and stir before serving. This tea contains caffeine and is not recommended for children or pregnant women.
