Easy Spicy Egg Sambal

Pan-fry the boiled eggs for 2 mins on medium heat to get a slightly crispy outer layer.
Add the red onions and stir them in the pan with the eggs for 1 min.
Add Mak Tok's Fire Hot Sambal Paste and water before crumbling some feta cheese into the pan. Mix well and add coriander.
Serve with some warm rice or bread.
Tips: The crispy layer on the egg will help it absorb more sauce, giving it maximum flavour.
