Easiest Malaysian Beef Rendang

Marinate the beef with a jar of Mak Tok's Malaysian Rendang paste. Pour and mix the water with the beef and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add the beef to a pan and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add coconut cream and peanut butter. Turn the heat to low and gently stir the rendang for 7 minutes.
Season the rendang with salt and continue stirring until the rendang is thick and slightly dry.
Tips: Add water to the jar and shake all the excess rendang paste before pouring it into the marinated beef to avoid any wastage.

1/2 Cup water
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon smooth peanut butter
