How to Use & Maintenance Tips
Assembly: Slip the end of the hose over the cap on the cylinder. Heating the tip of the vinyl hose under hot water for 5 seconds may be necessary to ensure a tight fit and eliminate kinks.
Activating the Self-Starting Siphon: Place an empty bucket near and below the aquarium. Grasp the hose 10 to 20cm above the top of the Prime Gravel Cleaner (PGC) with one hand on top, and place the other end of the hose into the bucket.
Water Change Note: When performing a water change using this cleaner, replacement water must be conditioned using a suitable water conditioner (such as Bioactive Tapsafe) to remove chlorine, chloramines, and heavy metals, protecting your fish's delicate skin and gill membranes.
This Interpet Gravel Cleaner provides a simple, effective solution for keeping your aquarium substrate clean and performing essential water maintenance.
