Hartley's Lemon Jelly 135g is a fat-free dessert option with no artificial colours, offering a refreshing lemon flavour. Made with natural colours including curcumin and beta carotene, this jelly is easy to prepare and perfect for a light treat.

• Glucose-Fructose Syrup
• Sugar
• Gelatine
• Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates
• Citric Acid
• Acetic Acid
• Flavouring
• Colours: Curcumin, Beta Carotene

1. Separate into cubes and place into a jug or bowl.
2. Add 1/2 pint (285ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
3. Add cold water to make up to 1 pint (570ml), stir, then pour into mould or serving dish.
4. Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
